What data I process and why
- Contact details (name, e-mail, phone, message content) — when you contact me by e-mail or phone. Legal basis: pre-contract negotiations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Kept for the duration of negotiations, at most 3 years after the last communication.
- Billing details — for projects, as required by law (Art. 6(1)(c)). Kept for 10 years under accounting legislation.
- Server logs (IP address, time, URL) — for security and operation of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Kept for max. 30 days.
- Analytics data — only if you allow it in the cookie bar (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting cookies.
